Opening:
The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 1:00pm by Megan in the BPK Graduate Students Lounge.

Open Issues:
1) Year End Party
-Tickets will be sold tomorrow at the clothing table ($15)
-When planning the Year End Party next year, ask about the Athlete’s Gala date (conflict this year)
-Classroom presentations – Year End Party poster will be on the BPKSA website
-Tickets will be available at the BPK General Office
-AQ tables booked for Monday April 3, Tuesday April 4 to sell more tickets before the event
-Bartender, cash bar, TV, podium
-Set up taken care of by the DAC
-Ordering food through SFU catering
-Last year we had “Baked Pasta Buffet”, which did not have any gluten free/vegetarian options
-Other options: vegetarian buffet (vegan options)
-Split 70 pasta/30 vegetarian
-Will base food order on how many tickets sold
-Trivia/games:
-Newspaper
-History of the department
-Draw Richard and his llama
-Word search
-Richard will put something together by next week
