Opening:
The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 11:30am by Crystal in the BPK Conference Room. Minimum quorum of 4 executive members reached.

Open Issues:
1) Approval of Previous Minutes
- Emily P motioned to approve the meeting minutes of 2018-02-20. Jaskarn seconded. Minutes approved unanimously.
2) BPK Clothing Sale
- StitchWorks does not have Maroon coloured t-shirts in the 60/40 cotton blend. We will be ordering shirts in the Cardinal colour (dark red) since it is the closest available colour to Maroon. The other option was to order Maroon shirts in 100% cotton.
- Pricing for t-shirts with the BCAK logo will be $503 for 25 shirts. We will order the shirts in black with white printing.
3) Kin Cup
- Tony still has not responded with staff/faculty availability
- Emily B will try contacting Tony again and suggest that Sonya send out a Doodle Poll to the BPK staff and faculty members if he does not have time to do it
- We can no longer have the event the week of March 12-15 because we need to submit the SFSS grant at least 2 weeks in advance
4) Trivia Night
- OzTrekk is willing to sponsor the event
- We chose the week of March 19-23 since we know Kin Cup will not be that week
- Friday March 23, 5:00-5:30pm start time at Wings (Coquitlam location)
- Trivia categories: sports/Olympics, pop culture, and BPK
- One or two questions about Australia will be incorporated into each category
- Games: High/low, Heads Up, cup stacking
- Prizes: gift cards, BPK toques
- In the SFSS grant, we will apply for $6 of food per person for 30 people, and an additional $25 for prizes

Motions:
Jaskarn motioned to contribute BPK Co-op $200 to the BPK Graduate Student Association for BPK Research Day from the core account. Brandon seconded it. Motion was passed unanimously.
