Opening
- The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 11:33pm on January 26, 2011 in AQ5038 by Lauren Tindale.
In attendance
- Lauren, Matt, Marissa, Eric, Navnita, Brent, John, Darleen, Amanda B., Torny, Steven, Daniel, Amanda W., Cheri, and Sandra
Approval of Agenda
- The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.
Approval of Minutes
- The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.
Open Issues
- Careers in Kinesiology
- Exhibitors here at 4
- Presenters at 5
- Anyone available to help go anytime after 2pm.
- 4 people around food table
- Give gift certificates for clothing
- 2 x $10 & 2 x $15
- as separate draw prizes so more people can win some prizes
- for last year’s presenters: short sleeve t-shirts = $108
- 13 presenters this year: long-sleeve t-shirts
- Grand Prize: Not sure yet
- TASC 1 rooms: don’t prop them open for too long b/c the alarm will go off
- Limit food portions
- If in break-out sessions introduce yourself to speakers!
