Opening:
- The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 9:35am on Monday, December 05, 2011, 2011 in the Kinesiology Co-op Office by Darleen.
In attendance:
- Darleen, Cheri, Brent, Lauren, Alex
Approval of Agenda
- The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.
Approval of Minutes
- The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.
Open Issues
- Careers in Kin evening
- 2 rooms in SWH still checking for confirmation availability: 150 seats and 50 seats
- 4 careers:
- Break-out #1: OT & Kinesiologist+Nutritionist
- Break-out #2: Med & Physio
- lab tours, snack with exhibits, presentation #1, dinner break, presentation #2, then coffee and draw
- Next year: Glen (chiro for Canucks, not SFU grad but did 3 years of SFU Kin)
- 3:30 start – sign up lab tours
3:45-5:00 lab tours 20mins per lab x 3 labs
4:30 exhibits - 5:30 start presentation
- Brent – letter for grants
- Lauren – Kines: Julia Chow
- Cheri & Darleen – e-mail exhibitors
- Marissa – Physio & Kinesiologist
