Meeting Minutes
Wednesday July 8, 2015
Opening:
The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order by Loryn at 1:30 pm at the Highland Pub.
In Attendance:
Shaila, Loryn, Shaila, Garveen, Steven O, Erina, Matt, Jake
Open Issues:
BPK Peer Mentorship Posters
Shaila motioned to reimburse Sabrina $2.50 for printing posters out for the BPK Peer Mentorship program. Parham seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.
BPKSA Recruitment
-Sabrina also made posters to advertise BPKSA meetings; she will print them out soon
-Loryn has approved the posters
BPK Hiking Social Event
-we will most likely be changing the date of the event since it might improve attendance
-Loryn will make a doodle poll with other dates to administer to possible attendees to figure out the best date
Adjournment:
The meeting of the BPKSA was adjourned by Loryn at 2:30 pm at the Highland Pub. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday July 22nd , 2015 in the BPK Conference Room at 1:30 pm.
