Meeting Minutes
Wednesday June 10, 2015
In Attendance:
Loryn, Shaila, Erina, Parham, Garveen, Alex, Matt, Jake
Open Issues:
Summer Social
-date set for July 19th (which is a Sunday)
-will be a hike at either Lynn Canyon or Buntzen Lake
-Loryn will set up a Facebook poll with both trails as choices; whichever one gets the higher number of votes will be the trail we choose
Additional Reminders
-if you are in any upper division BPK courses, try to recruit some new mentors for the fall
-the department wants to nominate Craig for the Excellence in Teaching Award and therefore if you’ve had a class with him, write up a testimonial if possible
In addition, the meeting frequency of meetings this summer will be reduced to every 2 weeks until further notice since there isn’t much to discuss as of right now.

The meeting of the BPKSA was adjourned by Loryn at 2:30 pm in the BPK Conference Room. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday June 24th , 2015 in the BPK Conference Room at 1:30 pm.
