Opening
- The ad-hoc meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 12:30pm on Friday, August 24, 2012 in the AQ Gardens by Brent.

Open Issues
- Science Frosh
- In order to approve the previous grant allocation for Science Frosh, we apparently are required to give a token amount from core.
- Motion: Approve allocating $25 of our summer core to Science Frosh.
- Passes unanimously.
- Rimbursement
- Motion: Reimburse Brent Flodin $20 for the purchase of drinks for the table at the small pub lunch last week at the Highland.
- Passes unanimously.
Adjournment
- Meeting was adjourned at 1:03pm by Brent. The next meeting will be TBD.
