Opening
- The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 12:32pm on Monday, July 23, 2012 in AQ 5038 by Brent.
In attendance

Approval of Agenda
- The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.
Approval of Minutes
- The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.
Open Issues
- Fall concert update
- The SFSS is planning a welcome back concert near the end of September.
- Approximately $150,000 is being designated to this event.
- Students wishing to participate in planning can attend Events Committee meetings, which are Thursdays at 10:30am in an MBC meeting room.
- Chief hike reimbursements
- Sidney Morrison: $19.82 for snacks. Approved.
- Brent Flodin: Up to $40 for gas (receipt pending). Approved.
- Xelliece Guerra: Up to $40 for gas (receipt pending). Approved.
- Upcoming expenditures
- Steven will check out 4imprint and take a look at their promotional items
- Brent will price check athletic tape.
