7) go to co-op and get a picture with Cheri or Darleen

8) Shakespeare scene

9) Find a person wearing BPK clothing, take picture with them or swap clothes with them for a picture for more points

-ideally book an AQ 3000 level room for the Career Workshop and the Speaker Series

-need to book the BPK Seminar room for registration for this event (and for BPK Orientation)

-for the swag bags: business cards (Sophie, Cheri, Darleen and BPKSA), cell phone case, pens, pins, would ideally like water bottles (instead of lanyards)

3) Student Evaluations

-online evaluation vs paper evaluation in class

-online version is more convenient, saves class time, but most students don’t complete them, if they do they tend to just click on “good” or all “bad” options just to get it done faster

-paper version takes up class time, but it increases response rates as students are basically forced to complete them in class, gives more space for you to leave your comments on the class too

4) Motions

Kirstin motioned to donate $50 from core to the SUS Frosh. Garveen seconded it. The motion was unanimously approved.

Adjournment:

The meeting of the BPKSA was adjourned by Garveen at 2:05pm in the BPK Seminar Room. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 1:30pm in the BPK Seminar Room.
