Opening:
The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 12:30pm by Crystal in the BPK Conference Room. Minimum quorum of 4 executive members reached.

Open Issues:
1) Approval of Previous Minutes
- Katie motioned to approve the meeting minutes of 2018-06-04. Riley seconded. Minutes approved unanimously
2) BPK World Cup 2018 Pool
- Leanne sent an email about a BPK soccer pool for the World Cup
- $5 entry cost
- Made a group account for the pool
3) Display Case
- The department wants us to decorate one of the display cases showcasing PBK undergrad stuff
- Decorate it with various items after the meeting
4) Summer Kin Cup
- Was suggested that there be more integrative activities/ icebreakers at the beginning for have more undergrads, profs, and TA’s interacting
- Issue of limited field time
- Could potentially incorporate icebreakers with warmup to promote social interactions. Tic-tac-toe drill as a icebreaker game with mixed undergrad and prof/TA teams
5) BPKSA Retreat
- Change in date from July 20-22 to July 27-29
- housing is considered an unlimited separate expense
- up to $50 for travel/parking per person, but cannot cover costs associated with a car due to liability reasons
- up to $1000 as a group in miscellaneous equipment as long as the request aligns with the BPKSA mandate
- Possibly Lac Le Jeune Provincial Park
- Motion next week for grant once we figure out details for funding
- Non-refundable cancelation policy and $6 service charge per night if cancelling reservation
- $46 + $6 for camp site reservation
