The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 12:30pm by Crystal in the BPK Conference Room. Minimum quorum of 4 executive members reached.

1) Approval of Previous Minutes
- Emily B motioned to approve the meeting minutes of 2018-05-28. Ningning seconded. Minutes approved unanimously
2) BPK Student Lounge Grand Opening
- Try to have a couple BPKSA members at the event
3) Summer Kin Cup
- Tony has notified BPK professors about Summer Kin Cup
- Post the event on Facebook group and advertise on social media
4) BPK Hike
- Possible hikes to the Chief, Crystal Falls in Coquitlam, or Lower Fall hike in Golden Ears Park
- Most votes for Crystal Falls in Coquitlam on Saturday July 7th at around 10 am
- Advertise event after Kin Cup
5) BPKSA Retreat
- Possibly from July 20-22
- Figure out details about what’s covered financially first before we continue planning
