Opening
The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 1:30pm on Friday, March 1, 2013 in the BPK Seminar Room by Steven.
In attendance
- Steven, Debbie, Xelliece, Megan, Dora, Kirstin, Leandra, Sam, Megan, Alex, Matt, Joyce
Open Issues
- Kin Cup
- the new soccer nets don’t fit into the gym so we could try:
- to take them apart and re-assemble
- to use hockey nets
- to use benches and play Four Corner Soccer
- no matter what the schedule will stay the same with soccer last
- Alex Lukac moved to reimburse Steven McGee $40 from core for the equipment rentals for Kin Cup and it was unanimously approved
- the new soccer nets don’t fit into the gym so we could try:
- Clothing Order
- selling today, Monday and next Friday
- it will cost $700 to ship to Canada, so we will ship to the States and Megan can pick up the order
- when making sales be sure to fill out the form properly and watch the inventory list closely to make sure we have the clothing item still as we are limited in sizes and colours
- Sam will get a thank you gift for his friend who drew the brain and give it to him on behalf of the BPKSA
- Year End Party
- Brent will confirm this week with Club Ilia for Wed, March 27th at 6pm
- we will start selling tickets soon, and Steven will contact Darleen about printing them
- Alex will make a Facebook event; Steven will send her the menu
- Jason will draft a grant for extra funding
