Opening
- The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 1:32pm on Friday, March 23, 2012 in AQ 4130 by Brent.
In attendance
- Brent, Steven, Sydney, Lucy, Kirstin, Shaila, Natasha, Alex, Jason, Adrian, Megan, Kaitlyn
Approval of Agenda
- The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.
Approval of Minutes
- The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.
Open Issues
- Year-end party
- table trivia game to embarrass profs and staff
- check e-mail for AQ table schedule
- Clothing
- shirts in Tuesday, tables in AQ during ticket sales
- Constitution
- Received final approval, just need to pass one more motion acknowledging the acceptance of the two minor changes
- Students enrolled in a KIN course in a given semester must be extended membership with voting privileges.
- SFSS approval is required for all amendments.
- Motion passes unanimously
- Reimbursements
- Motion to reimburse Brent Flodin $375.00 for the purchase of t-shirts from the core fund was unanimously approved
- Motion to reimburse Brent Flodin $500 from the grant secured for the Year End Party and up to $2200 from the BPKSA account to a total up to $2700 for the Year End Party was unanimously approved

- Meeting was adjourned at 1:55pm by Brent. The next meeting will be Friday, March 30, 2012 in AQ 4130 at 1:30pm
