Opening
- The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 11:30am on March 9, 2011 in AQ5038 by Torny Hansen-Bubnick.

Approval of Agenda
- The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.
Approval of Minutes
- The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.

- Don’t know profits yet
- will have them for next meeting

- have 9 people signed up
- need 1 more

- need to confirm with owner (wasn’t there)
- they’ll confirm with Marissa tonight (March 9)
- go ahead with Club Ilia and hammer out details in the following weeks
- dinner around 5:30pm or 6pm?
- quite a few ppl came to Kin Cup, so it’s do-able
- have ~ $560 left in our account
- may be able to get a grant for it
- should take ~ 2-3 weeks for the grant to be approved

- have black and royal blue shirts (12 long-sleeve and 12 short sleeve)
