The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 11:30pm by Crystal in the BPK Conference Room. Minimum quorum of 4 executive members reached.

1) Approval of Previous Minutes
- Jaskarn motioned to approve the meeting minutes of 2018-11-19. Riley seconded. Minutes approved unanimously
2) OzTREKK
- would like our thoughts about hosting an event from 10am-3pm on a Saturday at the Sheraton downtown early in the spring semester
- do you think at least 15 students would show up to a rehab panel around this time?
- Could have possible interest for students interested in a research panel
- Could be either in Jan or Feb 2019
3) Clothing Pick-up
- figure out what times to deliver the clothing and make a doodle poll

- we’ll hand the clothes outside the BPK office, so we don’t have to bring all the boxes to the AQ
4) Careers in BPK
- catering won’t let us serve the lunch boxed to go for dinner
- can only do the buffet packages for dinner – $15-17/person
- Entry Fee – dependent on food costs
- BNSS moved their Networking Night to Tuesday, January 22nd (one day before ours)
