Opening
- The regular meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 12:34pm on September 9th, 2009 in the Seminar Room by John Abreu-Lanza.
In attendance

Approval of Agenda
- The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.
Approval of Minutes
- The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.
Open Issues
- Update of summer semester meetings given by John
- New email address
- Need to open a new account in order to change email address to bpksa@sfu.ca
- Emails to ksa@sfu.ca will be forwarded to bpksa@sfu.ca
- Blaine makes the motion to spend $25 from core funding to open new email account
- Lauren seconds
- Vote: unanimous in favour
- Clubs Day
- Blaine makes the motion to spend $100 from core funding on food (granola bars), water bottles and a black tablecloth for Clubs Day
- John seconds
- Vote: unanimous in favour
- First General Meeting
- To be held on Wednesday September 23rd, 2009 at 12:30pm in the Seminar Room
- Have a pizza party to encourage attendance
- Blaine makes the motion to spend $50 from core funding on pizza for the pizza party/ general meeting
- John seconds
- Vote: unanimous in favour
- Kin Cup
- Date changed to Friday October 23rd, 2009
New Business
- Constitution changes at general meeting
- Addition of new positions
- Revisit roles for each position
