Opening
The meeting of the BPKSA was called to order at 1:30pm on Thursday, November 7, 2013 in AQ 4130 by Steven.

Open Issues
- Bowling Event
- Facebook event says that there are 18 people that are attending
- Only gluten free option is salad
- Steven will e-mail BPK undergrads invite with event details
- UPC Update
- Joyce will come with an update to changes in the BPK program
- Next meeting we will discuss how future Kin majors may possibly have the opportunity to do their honours project at Fortius
- Reimbursements
- Jake Kemp’s motion to reimburse co-op $100 for Kin week was unanimously approved
- Jape Kemp’s motion to reimburse co-op up to $112 for booklets for BPK orientation was unanimously, ONLY if the department does not subsidize for the booklets
- Career Event
- Mohammed is working on the granting application for funding
- Cheri already booked Saywell hall for January 21
- We have an OT confirmed, a chiropractor for Canucks confirmed, Joyce will ask Dave Clark for research, Physio confirmed, Sydney still asking Jesse (Med Student), Darleen will get medical doctor, Alex will contact practicing OT
- Possible exhibitors: SFU Physio, Fortius, BC Sports Aid, Western State University
- Joyce will ask profs for labs for lab tours
- Clothing
- We need someone to Photoshop prof’s faces on us modeling the clothing
